Terms of Service & Data Protection Policy

All National Identification documents (Kebele ID, Passport), academic degree certificates, and Entrance Exam scores uploaded to Excel Tutors via our platform or @ExcelTutorsVerifyBot are strictly confidential.

Personal identification documents are stored encrypted, accessible only to certified system administrators during candidate verification, and are never shared or made public.

Tutors who settle placement commission fees for an assigned tutoring vacancy are protected by a 30-day Force Majeure Protection Window.

• Replacement Placement: If a family cancels within 30 days through no fault of the tutor, Excel Tutors prioritizes assigning a replacement vacancy.
• Fee Adjustment: If replacement position commission is higher, tutor is exempt from any difference. If lower, Excel Tutors refunds the difference.
• Exclusion: Cancellations after 30 days from placement are ineligible for fee adjustments.

All tutors represent Excel Tutors with punctuality, dedication, and academic integrity. Falsification of academic records or National ID results in permanent platform ban and verification revocation.
