Force Majeure Commission Guarantee Policy
Comprehensive 60-day placement protection for all placed tutors
If a hired tutor pays the required commission fee but loses the position due to unexpected external factors (force majeure, client cancellation, or family relocation) within a 2-month (60-day) window from the payment date:
1. Replacement Guarantee
Excel Tutors will assign the tutor to a new vacancy without requiring a new registration.
2. Higher Fee Exemption
If the replacement vacancy has a higher commission fee, the tutor is exempt from paying any additional fee.
3. Lower Fee Refund
If the replacement vacancy has a lower fee than originally paid, Excel Tutors will refund the excess amount.
